Integrated urgent care provider IC24 has been shortlisted for the UK Social Enterprise awards for the category ‘Tech for Good: Technology Social Enterprise’.
The not for profit organisation has been shortlisted for its staff mobile app, which enables real time data to be available to operational and clinical managers instantly twenty four hours a day 7 days a week. It provides a whole-organisation view in terms of demand and clinical capacity and local information linked to service area allowing them to make effective decisions to improve service performance, quality and service efficiency.
It also has the ability to provide live patient satisfaction information so managers can monitor patient satisfaction to ensure the best possible service is being provided.
The app was developed in house by the IC24 IT team as a direct response to a business need and has since been rolled out across the whole organisation.
IC24 provides integrated urgent care services including NHS 111 and GP led out of hours services across Kent, Surrey, Sussex, Essex, Norfolk and Northamptonshire.

The awards take place on the 28th November.
