Our systems and development teams work closely with the NHS to bring new innovations to our service.
Through this partnership, we have introduced GP Connect into our service, which allows our clinicians better access to patient notes (providing the patient consents).
We have also rolled out our electronic prescription service, which includes the prescribing of controlled drugs.
Our NHS 111 contact centres are also Alpha and Beta testing sites for NHS Pathways to test updates on the national NHS Pathways system.
