We are very pleased to announce that we have been awarded the Level 2 Disability Confident Employer Accreditation.

 

We are committed to including and supporting disabled people in our organisation. We are committed to changing attitudes, behaviours and cultures towards disabilities and are working towards becoming more consciously inclusive in the workplace.

 

To help us achieve this accreditation, we have:

• actively recruited people with disabilities
• attended disability recruitment fairs
• adapted our interview process and supplied reasonable adjustments to those who require additional support
• adapted and continue to change our buildings where we can to be more accessible for all​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

We are excited to keep the momentum going and now aim to work toward the level 3 accreditation.
