Our most vulnerable patients can be visited in their own home by a clinician.
Patients cannot book appointments with our Home Visiting services directly, but if we believe that you need to be seen at home after our assessment, we can arrange this for you.
We have a fleet of vehicles operating across the areas that we serve. As part of our commitment to reducing our carbon footprint, we are replacing our diesel fleet of vehicles with a new fleet of hybrid electric vehicles. You can read more about these cars in our social impact report.
We provide an urgent care home visiting service across mid and south Essex, Norfolk and Waveney, and Kent and Sussex.
